"Still Life with Apocalypse"

This thought-provoking story deals with the post-apocalyptic world. What’s most interesting is that the end is brought about through a series of chain reaction riots and responses to an initial minor happening. The survivors find themselves seeking order in utter chaos by establishing useless daily chores. The story forces the reader to ponder what he/she would do if left as one of the few survivors of a catastrophic end to civilization as we know it. What would you do?

  1. If I was left as one of the few survivours, I would try and find a way to try and restablish my life by myself. It would definteley be hard though, because of the fact that your whole life has been torn apart and you have no one to turn to. What would you do?

  2. I would have to agree. With very few others to rely on, you would have to be independent and willing to take chances. Just glad that this isn't in my future.

  3. I think that working to build your life back up independently would be a good start after such a horrible event although recieving help from others would probably help make the process quicker. Its a tuff call..working with others is risky when you don't really know them but working alone would be a slow and difficult route.
